The streets are clean well maintained. You can walk safely and accordingly no poop no garbage, a lot of restaurants, lots of security guards to make the place safe and peaceful. This area is safe and suitable for many tourists, expats, foreigners.

Been to MOA Arena multiple times to watch events. Perfect for concerts, fan meet, sports, among others. The only thing that you would be frowning is their policy when it comes to outside foods and drinks, kind of ridiculous.

Had a Gen Ad ticket so was seated on the fifth level, be mindful of where you're seated because the screens were too small and at an awkward angle, had I known I would've picked a better seat to see the stage. Wouldn't have been a problem if I was watching a ball-game instead though.
