a week agoHad a great stay at Crimson Hotel Filinvest. I appreciate the sweet gesture of Crimson Team for giving us a surprise cake and a greeting card for our anniv trip. I also commend the hotel facilities. Very clean room, soft and clean bed. I also commend the hotel employees. Everyone are accommodating and has a smile on their faces from the parking, guards from the lobbies, reception, f&b team, management, etc. Kudos to Crimson! Will definitely come back!

months agoI had a blissful sleep. I consider Crimson as the most accessible and convenient hotels to stay in. The texture of beddings is superb. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I would like to commend Coach Raymond at the Fitness Center (Gym) He should be given a raise because of his exceptional service. Since its my first time to hit the gym. He was patient with guiding me. Took time that I experience all the machines. Kudos to Coach Raymond!Thank you Crimson Hotel for the best experience!

months agoOne of the best Hotel I've been.My number 1 highlight is when we're in the buffet, some guess sneezed in some of the food, (it was disgusting) but then just in seconds the waiters and chef remove, sanitized and replaced the food. That made me feel more safe eating their food. Its DELICIOUS!The overall design and mood in the hotel is beautiful, the staffs are kind and always attentive. My favorite is the pool experience,it has strong wind and fun place to hang out with friends even at night.

months agoStayed here for 3 nights during the Christmas season and really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were great in a quiet corner location and had access to the convenient lounge that had a great breakfast. The in room dining was yummy, and I especially liked the Bakery and pizza joint downstairs. The staff were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. The only downsides were the lack of a mini bar fridge, a subpar massage experience (which the staff helped rectify), and a busy lobby and elevator wait times during peak times. But overall, I really liked the hotel and would come again.

months agoHappy we availed the executive lounge access because our stay got even better because of the lounge perks and the service from the exec lounge ladies. They went above and beyond. Some improvements in our opinions: -Rooms could be modernized more. -Front desk/concierge service should be improved. Bellboys were not as attentive as others. We arrived to check-in wearing simple clothes, a backpack and a shoulder bag as it was just a simple weekend staycation for our anniversary but not even one approached us to assist with the check-in. We are locals so they might have assumed we were not checking in as we didn't have much luggage. Take note, there were a lot of them (trainees and staff in the front). Even with entering/exiting elevators - did not bother to assist holding the elevator doors as long as the main guest was being assisted; not the ones who just were waiting for them to exit the lift. Found this odd as it's usual for staff to at least hold the doors for guests. -Food selection in exec lounge for refreshments could be upgraded; not much variety.Overall, our stay was still pleasant despite the odd service from concierge. Even the restaurants within the hotel were good too. Will still consider a favorite in our list of preferred hotels.
