The building is under constructions. There is a pub and a korean restaurant also a massage center on the right side of the building.Went yo see if the place is haunted as we got to know but ended up eating and getting a massage. We walked around the building and saw cracked walls and floor/ground feeling a bit unsafe as it might fall on your head.

This theater should be closed for good. They caused 200 innocent lives to build this

It looks awful for not even being that old, due to them rushing the construction so badly. It is also a giant tomb, so that's even worse. All that rushing just for people to die and the building to go to trash so quickly.

A testament to the brutality of Imelda Marcos and the Marcos dictatorship. After a collapse lead to nearly 200 workers being buried in rubble, instead of trying to rescue them, Imelda, desperate to complete the project in time, ordered to bury them in cement. The film festival was held with international movie stars and directors unknowingly celebrating and walking on the buried corpses of the innocent workers. Shameless and inhumane, Imelda Marcos, I’m sure she wore on the red carpet a pretty dress and nice shoes and pearls and a big smile.
