Citadines Bay by Manila

Great hotel with great service! All the staff are helpful, from the security, concierge, front desk, maintenance and restaurant staff. The place looks very clean including the rooms and common areas. Gym was well laid out with a lot of the basic equipment needed for a complete workout. It's also beside the pool where you can do laps or just lounge around. Our room had a kitchenette PLUS a washer/dryer. Also having our own drinking water dispenser was a welcome surprise. The AC unit in our room didn't work and after calling the front desk, was fixed in 15 minutes. The hotel is walking distance to the mall of Asia and is about 15 minutes to the airport (depends on the traffic) I just wish that they had a discount for people who want to spend more than a week or longer in their hotel. Will definitely return and refer. Great job. Keep up the good work!

We had a great stay in this hotel. Everything is well taken cared of and the attention to details in the room is awesome - sockets are everywhere, pin lights are installed in the headboard, pump toiletries so you would not run out of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and even supply of drinking water inside the room is so sanitary and eco-friendly because instead of the usual bottled water, the hotel provides water dispensers in every room. The staff are so attentive, courteous, and kind, not to mention that there's always a genuine smile on their faces. We would definitely recommend this hotel, which became home away from home for us. We will miss Barry, the house dog, who took efforts to sit down everytime we patted him.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Good rooms. The place is like an apartment. It has a kitchen. It also has parking, and very near the mall. Very clean. The breakfast area is a bit small. Had to wait for a few minutes and was seated for the breakfast at the outside area, and there are stray cats while you eat. A bit unhygienic if they let the stray cats go on their dining area.

This is the best hotel for me! Thanks to Al for assisting us during our late check-in. He’s very familiar of the location of the hotel and restaurants and touristy spots near the area. Because of him, we enjoyed our 2 days stay in Manila and it was the best memory in Manila. We were able to enjoy all the hotel amenities especially the gym which is open for 24 HOURS!!! I never experience that in other hotels. For the room, it was highly decorated and super comfortable. We enjoyed the one bedroom suite as it has full kitchen already with kitchen utensils and all. Not to mention as well that it has washing machine with free detergent. Instead of sending our used clothes to laundry shops, we were able to clean and wash our laundry in our suite. What a great experience and convenience for us. Definitely Citadines Bay City Manila is the best hotel in Manila. We will highly recommend this to my friends and family overseas

Great location, near establishments but not too crowded. Rooms are spacious for its price. Service is quick, was able to check in early. Efficient and accommodating staff. Thank you to Therese from front desk for assisting us.
