a month agoPricey, service is just soooooooooooo slow! They focused on their buffet and not on the customers. Our food took almost 30 minutes and didn't come out all at the same time. For the price, at least make sure that their is "good" service.

6 months agoWe've had our eyes on this place ever since Chef JP recommended it on his YouTube channel, and the shrimp tempura lived up to the hype! What sets them apart is the well-seasoned batter that's so tasty you might consider eating it by itself (though the succulent shrimp is the real star here). The baked scallops were delightful, but I did find the scallop meat a tad small and slightly overshadowed by the cheese. The lato salad provided a burst of freshness, and the broccoli and mushroom stir-fry was a pleasant surprise.

4 months agoFood is well prepared. Slightly on the pricey side. Lots of options - Filipino, Chinese, grilled and Japanese cuisines.I don't understand the paluto fee when of course, they should serve something cooked.Tastewise, all were really good.We dined in the outdoor area since it's night time and no traffic along the road, hence it's not Congested and hot. Probab opt for the indoor when it's summer time.Don't get the couch seats.Staff is very friendly and accommodating because it was just mildly busy. The last thing I remembered was the lady who handed our receipt after we paid the bill. They were all sincerely smiling as they thanked us for dining in.We're definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu.

10 months agoAll the dishes were delicious, too bad the service was bad. We had to remind them 4 times that we didn’t have any cutlery after the food arrived. The waitresses looked miserable and unfriendly. We ordered a lot of dishes and pre ordered some. They made lame excuses why it took so long. I think it’s the first time in my life that I wasn’t full even after all the dishes were served. Maybe it’s because it took more than 3 hours for everything to arrive 🤷🏻♀️ the chef was incredible - too bad the service ruined our experience….On another note, their adobong pusit and kohol sa Gata were delicious! And the steamed crab we ordered was full of roe! The kids loved the Wagyu cubes (which tasted like luncheon meat to me) and the shrimp tempura! No complaints whatsoever about the flavors, just wished they came out sooner!

11 months agoIf you're looking for the paluto experience in the white plains area this is your best bet. The food itself was good but I think it has to match the service as well. It was lunch time Saturday so many customers but it took a while for the food to arrive. The food was fresh but also on the pricey side. My wife is a seafood lover so she likes the place. Me I'm ok.
