LOTUS Tea and Coffee Roxas, Quezon City

I ordered their Lotus Blend which has a rich and bold coffee taste. The milk is not overwhelming and blends perfectly with the espresso shot. The sweetness is balanced and does not cover the texture of coffee.Their Chocolate Chip Cookie is superb. There are generous chunks of chocolate chips, almonds, and walnut which can be incorporated in every bite.I was also given Brownies and Caramel Bar. The Brownies are moist with rich chocolate texture and balanced sweetness. It pairs perfectly with the coffee. There are also toppings of walnut and almond for the crunch. The Caramel Bar is decadent and light. There are flakes of almond on top which provides the balance of nuttiness and sweetness. It is best eaten with warm coffee.The place is neat and cozy with a really strong home vibe. Reading a book, browsing through social media content, and meetings are perfect for the place. Their staff/partner is accomodating. Wonderful job on customer service. The place is accessible as well to customers who have cars as there were adjacent parking spaces near the shop. Definitely a 10/10 experience and will soon bring my family along. 💯🤗
