The hotel and the team at Raffles Makati are First Class. Nothing was too much and they were always helpful and courteous. We had a delayed flight and they extended our check out so we could rest longer before the trip home. The rooms were exceptional. Beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The service in the suites included a turn down service and lots of other thoughtful extras including setting the table for camomile tea before bed. The team even came and gave the room a tidy up while we were out on our last day as we were checking out late. Very impressive. The hotel is in a great location in Makati and everything is within safe walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel. Five Stars and First Class! Well done!

I visited Makati and stayed at Raffles for 3 weeks for a business trip. It was a great experience to stay there. Rooms were excellent and great hospitality. Breakfast was amazing with multiple cuisines availability. An special thanks to staff and attendees for their great gesture, support and behavior.

We held our company event at Raffles and everything went smoothly. We owe the success of our event to their F&B team that made sure everything is well prepared. A wonderful place to be. Likely the best hotel in Manila, with superb facilities in a great, safe location, next to several shopping centers, also offering a wide range of pleasant dining options, including the many open air choices in the garden of the green belt mall. What sets the Raffles apart above all is the staff, who know how to create a personal, pleasant atmosphere in this vast city. They will know you quickly by name, because the hotel (not the residences) only has 32 rooms. A special shout out to butler Ron, who added so much of his personal touch to make the stay in the already marvelous suite even more of an outstanding experience. I'm also happy and impressed by all of the front office staff and the concierge team, who were very responsive and never failed to get things organized and to keep everything up to date with a smile. Congratulations to the whole team!
