a week agoOverall a wonderful experience for me and my family. From the front staff to housekeepers, I give everyone 5 stars for their wonderful service. Everyone was very helpful and nice at this hotel. Room service is very fast. Food is also very good. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you’re in Quezon City, I highly recommend this hotel.

a week agoAlways a pleasure to stay at Novotel. Staff service, cleanliness, and location are just one of the many positives about this place. The only thing that I'd like to see improvement on is in the amenities. I wish they would provide hair conditioner.

in the last weekWe checked in to celebrate my youngest son's birthday and my eldest son's achievements this year and Ms. Rei who assisted us, surprised us with a cake for our youngest and some other goodies. We really appreciated it. And the best part, I thought I lost my national ID but thank goodness the staff have kept it and I got it back. I will forever be grateful.

a month agoI had a pleasant stay at Novotel's executive room. The staff was very helpful. I appreciate how they have shifted to sustainable toiletries in the room. I also enjoyed the snacks and refreshments offered at the Premier Lounge. The place was really nice and I even got the chance to squeeze in some work there.

a week agoI had an amazing stay at Novotel. The rooms were great, location was close and convenient and the staff were so kind and helpful that it made my stay there even better. I would recommend staying at Novotel when in Manila. Wonderful experience!
