a week agoWifi sucks. Smart tv sucks. Bath robes and towels smells bad and dirty. Room service before accepting new guests will surely complain, no doubt about it. Receptions weren't that much accommodating, instead they'll initially suspect you as if you're about to do a crime when in fact you're enlisted as a guest. The fridge in our room consists of some guests drinks leftovers which the housekeeper didn't check. They don't check the rooms properly. Note for future guests: Bath robes and towels smells bad. Bring your own. Also don't forget to remind the reception to have your room clean properly especially the fridge.

a week agoWe booked Privato Hotel primarily for its rooftop pool, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. You can't enjoy an overlooking view of the city skyline while dipping in the pool, and snacks aren't allowed in the area either, which is disappointing. Fortunately, the hotel is situated near Tomas Morato, one of Manila's top dining and nightlife districts. The room is cozy and aesthetic, though I discovered that their smart TV doesn't have Netflix, which is a shame. I enjoyed their shower to my heart's content. Lastly, their breakfast buffet is underwhelming for its price of PHP 350 per head, which includes no more than 5 viandes. I wish I had spent my breakfast somewhere else, but it is what it is.

6 months agoGood rooms and location BUT BAD DINING EXPERIENCE. I recommended this hotel to our company for our small conference. Day 1 snacks were ok until some utensils were late and people had to wait to start eating. We reserved cocktail food 60 but it was actually good for 40pax so we needed to run to nearby Max’s to order food. I will never recommend this hotel for big meetings and conferences.

7 months agoTucked away on a small street but only a block and a half from the main street where all the action is located. Very nicely designed rooms with soothing cool light tones that is very calming and relaxing. Honestly would come here to just enjoy the rooms. One great thing they do here is provide a water dispenser near the elevator so no need to run out and buy gallons of water. No gym and pool sucks though.
