3 weeks agoNice stay. Hotel location is good and has a nice view. Good room in terms of size, cleanliness and facilities. Just notice some noise from the other guests, and the reception always crowded. Friendly and nice staff and good service. Reasonable price. The hotel offer delicious food and nice drinks with good prices through its restaurant on the rooftop 32 floor. Swimming pool also located there. I really recommend.

a month agoBest rooftop bar in Makati. Go here for sunsets!Draft beer prices are a little steep but worth it for the view. Make sure to sit upstairs on the highest level which is usually less busy than the pool level. Their pool area can get a little bit too busy and is too close to the restaurant.Staff are very friendly and eager to please. No hassles getting a table without a reservation. But fo for that top level as it's much better than the level below.Much better than I'M Hotel bar across the street.

2 months agoI'll be honest. I'll give this hotel a one star review because even though they have nice rooms and even though they have a nice restaurant with a nice view and the staff is friendly... There is zero reason in the world you should ever have to stand and wait for an elevator for 20 minutes at a time.To go upstairs you wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Once you get to your room you want to go back downstairs you could wait another 10-15 minutes for an elevator. So God forbid you forget something, that's 30 minutes out of your day.And imagine waiting on your floor for an elevator all that time only to have the door open and see a full elevator, with a room service cart in it. So your time starts over again.I stayed here a week and it was a hassle each time. Especially peak times where there could be a line out of the elevator and you have to wait several turns.I stay at a hotel for convenience. Not to have my time wasted.

2 months agoStopped in this hotel for 4 nights and then another 3 nights a couple of weeks later, and thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it. Good clean rooms, good food and good service. Excellent views from the rooftop bar and swimming pool too. In a good central location for exploring Manila. I plan on staying there again someday
