The place gained more prominence since GSIS acquired a Juan Luna painting, the Parisian Life. It was bought for a substantial amount using the government employees fund. Now, the place was a venue for exibition for veteran and aspiring artists of different visual arts discipline. The centerpiece of the museum are the two artworks of Fernando Amorsolo that was previously adorned the Metropolitan Thearter in Manila. With the Luna painting, it was now loaned for exhibit at the National Museum.

Free entrance. If you enjoy casual and freestyle artworks, this is the place to go. Part of GSIS public service, visitors can walk-in from Tue-Fri on office hours until 4pm. Assorted art here from abstract style to people. The Museo ng Sining is inside the GSIS building, about a 10-minute walk away from the Senate Museum. Can take photos without flash and videos in the Museo ng Sining. View/tour inside on your own; the viewing of art does not have a tour guide. But it is a comfortable sight to be allowed to wander in as long as you return before closing time. Most notable here are commissioned replica of Fernando Amorsolo's painting and his mural restored, such true classics showing Philippine culture. The rest of the artworks were usually from previous art competitions hosted through the years.Need vaccination card. Wash your hands at the wide sink near the entrance. The works showcased had labels, but were limited to creator, art material, and titles. I saw a couple posing for their IG shots, and there was only one or two at most passing by at a time, it was comfortable to come for viewing in the afternoon. The artworks were mostly paintings, a few sculptures, and some random decorations to fill the spaces like grand pianos. The art themes are colorful, but there are a few ones that either lean on abstract light or defined dark shades. On the brighter side, there's are paintings varying like a tricycle, vaccination, a Jollibee meal, & even a Grab logo. Since it's impossible to read the works positioned on the top away from the line of sight, some works are best appreciated with other paintings like a huge collage like a wallpaper. There's also a strange art that seemed like something was broken, but it was an intentional look.If you're looking for a dose of inspiration, then the wide themes and flexible style of artworks may jumpstart anyone with the free time to come.

Free entrance but there are some parts which is not accessible to the public, especially the lower part of the museum. Looks creepy though.
