HOTEL101 Manila

I will start with the hotel staff that was really professional and friendly. From the staff that checked me in to the security guards as well as the cleaners, I will rate 10/10! I had wonderful conversations with the cleaners. The security guards always greeted with a smile and bowed in respect when entering and exiting the hotel. I was truly impressed by all this. Please keep up the good work. It was all appreciated 👏 Next, the room was spacious. My twin bedroom had a single bed + a queen size bed. I was pleasantly surprised by this. I appreciated the microwave as well. The hotel is well situated within walking distance to Mall of Asia and close to the airport as well. The only let down was the breakfast. Sadly, there was no variety in the cuisine, and the available options were not up to standard.

Our room was a little small, but everything inside was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub on the second floor was a nice touch. I'm not sure they used chlorine or at least not enough. The pool was clean and the sitting area was very nice. Would for sure stay again. Security staff was excellent, respectful, and helpful, housekeeping very friendly, front desk a little cold, felt like they were reading off a script.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly nice and cozy, and it was spotlessly clean, giving it a very homey feel. After a long day of work, it was such a relief to come back to a room that was thoroughly clean and welcoming. The staff were also very pleasant and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the security guards [special mention to Sir Chan who is very nice and respectful towards us] were friendly and always greeted me warmly, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The service was very good. All staff and security were very attentive.And location is walking distance to the Mall of Asia, as well as other surrounding malls which is convenient. 7-11 is also next door and Jollibee as well!Buffet breakfast was average, not much variety.The room was a little concerning. There were spots of mould on the walls and door and when using the air-conditioner, my asthma played up, it had the odour of an uncleaned filter. Upon checking the filter, it was clean. Maybe the unit is just too old. I didn't end up using the air-conditioner on my second night.

The hotel is great for its price. The air conditioning is cool enough for the room. I like the staff and crew of the hotel they are really kind and hospitable to the guest. I will definitely comeback here again. I actually recommended this to my family. In the room, there are fridge, microwave, safety box, hair blower, electric kettle, and TV. There is a heater in the shower.
