a week ago别住，没热水/拖鞋/抽纸/牙刷牙膏/水，不是酒店别被骗。Better not stay here, it is not a hotel at all. I tried to connect to the manager/stuff of the hotel, but no one answer me via the phone call!And there was (1). No slippers (2). No toothpaste and toothbrush (3). No paper tissue (4). No bottles of water in my room???Finally the manager replied to me after 1 hour.The most critical thing was that there was no hot water in shower. Ask the manger but he/she said they will only be available to help at 9:00AMM next day… so disappointed that Manila is too hot and it will kill me if I cannot take a shower.Cannot believe this at all! It is a scam!

a month agoThe rooms have been very clean. And the locations is great, being able to walk from the airport. Check in process has not been bad. Just checking with the guard. This is our third stay at this location. The first two times the door was open for us. This last time we had to go to the mailroom for the key. But overall this has been a great place to stay.

4 months agoGreat location. Many shops and restaurants around, within walking distance. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Stayed here for 1 week, close to NAIA Terminal 3. Can easily access the runway to the airport. Pool was a little dirty and didn't bother to use it.

3 months agoThis place is near the airport. We got a room here via airbnb. The place that we got is very spacious, complete with basic necessities. Internet connection is also not an issue. Will definitely come back here next vacation.

a month agoCockroach almost get inside my a** when using toilet! There was a plenty (PLENTY) of cockroaches in bathroom and room, disgusting! You offering luxury apartment and don’t you have a money for a regular disinfestation or a bottle of water which should be in the room of this class?
