Park Inn by Radisson North Edsa

5 star hospitality, which was a pleasant surprise considering the price. We were so impressed by the courteousness of all staff, and it felt like we were in a western hotel. Can’t comment on the food or pool but the room was extremely comfortable, good AC and clean sheets. Location is very convenient above the mall, and there is a laundromat nearby (10mins walk) if you’re looking for an affordable laundry service. I would comment that the bathroom tiles in our room appeared to be a bit dirty and could do well with more mopping but overall I never felt too uncomfortable with the cleanliness of our room.My husband however was disappointed by the gym facility, mentioned that it was fairly basicI don’t know if we’ll be in the area again but thank you staff for making a memorable stay experience for us!

Great place for an urban escape without leaving the city. The mall connector is super convenient and safe. The staffers are well trained and very accommodating to their guests.The breakfast buffet has good selection of various dishes for everyone.

Thank you Ms. Meek at receptionist for the warm and sweet greetings, so much smile and energy to welcome the guest with happy tone. Very simple and quick check-in process, very clean room and great food, this is my second visit and will choose Park Inn North EDSA for next visit, salamat!

As we're living in the province, this is our go-to hotel whenever we want to visit the metro and stay for a couple of days. This hotel is connected to SM North Edsa which makes it very convenient for us as everything in SM is within walking distance. We also usually book before Christmas which makes Christmas shopping a breeze!The rooms are adequate and well-maintained and the breakfast buffet is great. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The only somehow negative comment I have is that the extra bed we requested for my brother is quite noisy and it squeaks everytime he moves which is quite annoying. Overall, it is still a great stay and we'll surely come back.

I work from home so sometimes I stay at hotels to decompress a bit. And Park Inn did not disappoint. From the conceirge, to the front desk and restaurant staff, they're all very professional and friendly. We booked the deluxe room which is big and overlooking the pool and city. I wasn't able to maximize the other facilities as I came with work but will definitely be back to try them. Just a bit of a snag was the parking as its a bit hard to find a space since its connected to the mall's north tower and we booked on the weekend. But overall, we had a great stay!
