The Heritage Hotel Manila

Great suite. Clean, everything works. Great, attentive staff such as Geraldine, Jay, Lester and Manny. Restaurant has nice buffet options or menu ordering. The pastries are amazing and remind me of how they tasted in France! The only negatives are the ATM is not functioning and the pool area needs renovation as there are many missing tiles.

The Heritage is a welcoming, comfortable, clean, and convenient hotel within a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff greeted us kindly and checked us in with a smile very quickly. Everyone is so helpful. The room was equipped with water bottles, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, body wash, slippers, coffee and tea, and tv. There were no bidet sprayers in our bathroom, sadly. The bed was comfortable and clean, and we were able to rest. The morning buffet included all sorts of delicious options from traditional Filipino breakfast, American-style omelettes, to French pastries. Free shuttle to the Mall of Asia (or, it takes about 25 minutes to walk there, if you want to test your Manila traffic-dodging skills!) There are plenty of places within 10 minutes walking distance to get all sorts of Filipino, Vietnamese, and Korean food until late at night at the Double Dragon plaza. We were pleased with this hotel!

An older hotel, but overall reasonably maintained. The air conditioner in our suit seemed a little under powered and probably needs to be replaced (maintenance looked at it, but it didn't help much). Lobby is impressive, and the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen! The staff are all very curious and helpful. Would likely stay again, if the opportunity arrises.

I like Ms Geraldine's service. She is very attentive to our needs. She knows what to offer even without asking. I commend her cheerful personality, as well! Keep it up Ms Geraldine! We will definitely go back. ☺️

The room was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The dining options were exceptional, offering a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my taste buds. Moreover, the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and provided a perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. Overall, my experience at Manila Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star stay in Manila.
