2 months agoStayed here one night. Room was the cheapest option, but surprisingly the standard was much better than expected. Clean and a decent, comfortable bed. The negative part was the noise from all activities at the resort. If you’re not attending, it can become a nightmare Service was good, but there are way too many “rules”. Here is just a few: You cannot bring any kind of food/drinks from the outside to your own room. (Bad since they are selling so much cool street food outside). You cannot wear the pool towel from the pool to your room - or any other place. Wifi on the resort is totally useless, and unfortunately the staff are too offensive with grabbing your bags. I had to say “No thanks, I want to hold my bag myself” at least 3 times before the 5-6 receptionists took the hint. Tip to the crew: Read people better My impression is that there are way too many employees that have the same role.Anyway, this resort could do so much better with relaxing a little on the house rules. After all, people are there to relax and chill… Not having to think before every move they make. And for heavens sake: Fix the internet!! 🤣

5 months agoSome minor maintenance is required in the room I had. The door was sticky and did not close all the way without pushing or pulling. T&B were very clean but the room isn't cleaned unless requested. I would stay there again. Staff was great, helpful, and courteous. Didn't is the pool but enjoyed being around it.

3 months agoVery close to airport but getting to hotel thru the narrow streets is a challenge. The hotel is truly an oasis and the sounds of birds and the cockerel is great. The live music was a bit loud and the mosquitoes are quite bad. But food was great and so was the staff and service.

6 months agoNice hotel for short stays! We attended a convention and stayed for 1 night.1. We are a group of 5 people and booked a 10-bed room via Agoda because that was the only room that could accommodate our group. Upon check-in, we found out that our room has no CR inside and we need to use the common bathroom. We asked nicely if there was another room available and we were willing to add a fee if needed. Thankfully, there was a 6-bed room with its own CR available so they transferred us for free. They were so polite and easy to talk to!2. Room was clean and average. Perfect for short stays. They provided slippers, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels. Drinking water was available per floor.3. Staff was so polite and friendly! They know how to treat guests.4. Important to note that buffet breakfast is only available during the weekends. We ordered food from Tabla Restaurant which was sulit because of generous servings, good for 2 persons.5. Fun to watch people trying out the hotel’s outdoor activities. 🤣6. There is a 7-11 and coffee shop located beside the hotel. You can also order food online and eat inside your room.
